Grantchester - Inception - Printers and Photocopiers in Swindon Wiltshire

This page is to assist you in setting up the printer driver for the Ricoh printers installed at Grantchester Series 4.

You will need to know the IP address of your printer on the network, please note the IP address is unique to each location, please choose from the following as approprite:

Production Office 10.0.38.252

Art Department 10.0.38.251

If your printer is taking a long time for your job to get from your windows computer to the printer (very slow single page print times) you may be set up to print via a ‘WSD Print Port’, you can check this by following the below link https://inception.co.uk/support/printer-tutorials/windows-printer-guides/slow-printing-following-windows-update

Good quality printer/scanner and really excellent service. We cannot recommend Inception highly enough. In our network, many other offices use their VOIP system as well which we hear is very good. Great company!

Inception have looked after our printing needs for over 7 years. The service is second to none and any printing issues are quickly rectified. The contract we have where we pay for each sheet printed rather than owning the machines works really well as we only get charged for what we use. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
