Good quality printer/scanner and really excellent service. We cannot recommend Inception highly enough. In our network, many other offices use their VOIP system as well which we hear is very good. Great company!

Although we have had some problems with our printers (as you’d expect in a big office building with a tricky Wi-Fi network) - Inception have been very helpful in problem solving, especially Gareth who has quickly and effectively solved our problems even at extremely short notice. He’s a wizard!

Inception are great - any time we have an issue with our printer e.g. setting it up on a new computer, their friendly team always call back promptly and resolve the issue swiftly! Inception have looked after our printing needs for over 7 years. The service is second to none and any printing issues are quickly rectified. The contract we have where we pay for each sheet printed rather than owning the machines works really well as we only get charged for what we use. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
