This page is to assist you in setting up the printer driver for the Ricoh MPC4502 as installed at Home Instead Rotherham.

You can download the drivers for Mac and Windows computers from the following location:

You will need to know the IP address of your printer on the network, please note the IP address is unique to each location, the IP address for both machines are as follows:

Main Office 192.168.50.100

Training 192.168.50.19

Good quality printer/scanner and really excellent service. We cannot recommend Inception highly enough. In our network, many other offices use their VOIP system as well which we hear is very good. Great company!

Inception have looked after our printing needs for over 7 years. The service is second to none and any printing issues are quickly rectified. The contract we have where we pay for each sheet printed rather than owning the machines works really well as we only get charged for what we use. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
