3 telephone numbers are included per licence, allowing you to have a unique number for geographically targeted adverts (advertise in a neighbouring area code and still publish a ‘local’ number), and dedicated numbers for people or groups such as recruitment or care managers.

Inbound calls can be routed to individuals or groups and even forwarded to mobile phone numbers, chosen based on user availability, the time of day, or a host of other criteria. Out Of Hours services can be managed either through pre-set rules or by logging into the web console.
