The accounting will tell you what code has had what usage, and quota allocation enables restricted volumes (including by mono/colour), this allows you to control costs without the need for additional cost software or hardware.

All devices contain ‘Locked Print’ which enables users print jobs to be held at the printer until released using a user defined pin number. This enables full GDPR compliant printing for confidential documents.
All devices contain ‘Data Overwrite’ on hard drives. This means that once a print job has been printed, any information held by the hard drive will be over written to ISO15408 Global Security Standard ensuring your information is never available to other sources.
Separate from the above, proposals also include optional pricing for PaperCut licensing for up to 3 years which includes follow me print, and full print, copy and scan accounting.
