Common Error Codes

SC501, SC502, SC503, SC504

If you're seeing error codes SC501, SC502, SC503, or SC504, it usually means there's an issue with one of your printer's paper trays. But don't worry, we can sort this out together!

First things first, let's check for any pesky paper jams. Carefully inspect trays 1, 2, 3, and 4, and remove any stuck or crumpled paper you find. While you're at it, make sure the trays aren't overfilled - sometimes we get a bit too eager when loading paper!

Next, take a quick peek at the paper guides and ensure they're adjusted correctly for the paper size you're using. This helps keep everything neat and tidy.

Now, here's the important bit: to clear the error code, you'll need to turn your printer off and then back on using the printer's power switch. Just a heads up, don't use the main power socket for this step!

Once you've completed these steps, go ahead and try printing again. Fingers crossed, your printer should be back to its happy, error-free self!

If you've followed these steps and still see the error code, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team. We're always here to lend a hand and get you back to printing in no time!"
